Engaging in healthy practices is one of the areas most people strive to participate in. Everyone is cautious of the activities they engage in. For instance, a keen observation when you are walking around the streets any time of the day will most likely reveal some people jogging around and others engaging in gym activities. Everyone wants to be physically fit and thus participate in physical exercises on a regular basis. Many people are out there taking a deep breath of some fresh air. However, some people are preparing themselves for the kinetic half.

It all began out with the idea of an athlete. On getting in a biathlon, he began to wonder how difficult it would be if the distances covered by athletes while running and also those covered by swimmers is increased significantly. A course was made in such a way that there would be a track where one would run bare footed and another track where one would need shoes. On doing this, he consulted on whether this event would feature in the calendar.

The water was kept at a temperature of fifteen degree Celsius and thus many people will need a wet-suit for their legs. The cycling part of the competition will have to take place along the lake and also in the rural areas which have superb views of hills. These all had to be done through paving. Most people believe that bike courses are hard, however, the course is designed in such a way that there will be three water hand-offs at twenty, thirty five and the forty fifth mark.

This event consists of some proportions of distances to be covered by athletes during different competitions. They include running, biking and swimming. They are then broken down into small parts. The running would be done in two different places. One would be on the sand and the other place is on the grass. Shoes may be needed when necessary. The participants are required to have their own bikes.

Events such as this one are usually full of fun and entertaining activities. However, it is of great help to consider personal health and changes around. The body responds both positively and negatively to changes it is subjected to. For example, increasing the distance walked may have adverse effects on the body. Stiffness is one among the problems that may come up.

This event creates a forum for interaction as well as some aspect of competition. Its activities are wide enough to cater for the various age groups interested. There are both short and long hikes, horse riding and biking. It is organized in a way that ensures collective participation.

Team building is an important aspect in every team or organization. This event is usually made in such a way that it promotes team building. Teams are usually formed prior to the actual competition. Members of a team strive to cooperate towards attainment of a common goal. The winning team is usually appreciated with prizes.

Fun activities are an important part of life. They should thus be given some fair treatment and attention they deserve. However, active leisure should be spent with health considerations. The body needs to adjust to any changes and thus any random change could affect its normal state. Thus such events should be engaged with moderation.
